Laser Alarms Quality
Policy
The policy of
Laser Alarms Ltd is the economical provision
to its customers of goods and services that
not only meet the contractual requirements
in full, but are also fit for their intended
purpose.
The Company
is committed to operating an ISO 9001:2000
Quality Management System, including NACOSS
Quality Schedule SSQS 101, together with
industry agreed Codes of Practice and other
relevant product standards and to review and
to continually improve this system. It is
mandatory that the Company's policies,
systems and procedures are recognised and
adhered to by all personnel.
The Quality
Manager, reporting directly to the Managing
Director, is responsible for monitoring the
Quality Management System and for continued
compliance with this policy, including
initiating and co-ordinating any action
required to correct non-conformances.
To monitor
the costs of poor quality associated with
products and services and to implement
actions to reduce these costs.
To deal with
customer complaints in a timely manner, to
implement corrective action and to address
the cause of the complaint to ensure that
further complaints do not reoccur.
To review the
customers perception of the performance of
Laser Alarms and of its services. To take
appropriate action to maintain the
reputation of the Company as a high quality
provider of Security Systems.
To ensure
that internal audits of the Quality
Management system and any resulting actions
are completed in a timely manner.
